YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY I GOT LOVE IN MY TUMMY! I thought this song would be a great opening for my food and recipe page (feel free to dance along, the exercise will help counteract the damage these recipes may cause ). I have always loved this song ever since I was a little bell bottom wearing kid in the 70's. My Uncle Bernick would play this song over and over for me, just because I asked him to! He would also play me, "These Boots Are Made For Walking", but that's for a different time (no need to encourage you to walk away).
ANYWAYS...I have plans to share my favorite recipes, some of my most favorite are the ones I have grown up with. Some from my German side (Mom) and others from my Norwegian side (Dad). Yup, I am a German Norwegian. Uff da!! DummKopf!!... That is the kind of stuff I heard around the house. There is more, but I probably shouldn't share those words (we always knew the German side of the family was swearing when they started speaking German).
OK....back to the recipes (sorry, got a little side tracked). I have many favorites and I plan on trying some new things too. So...get ready for some Tummy Love!
